Let us help you protect your data, disasters will happen, implement your defense today.
Natural Disasters
Natural disasters will strike without warning, you can be sure that if you business is hit, the economic and operational impact will be devastating without a business continuity solution in place for what you consider critical data. Use the calm before the storm and start implementing your defense today.
Hardware Failures
FEMA reports that 40% of businesses never reopen after critical hardware failures which results in data loss. When analyzing risk in this area, you have to ask yourself how much downtime or data loss can your business afford to waste and lose?
Cyber Attacks
A Security Magazine article reports a staggering 80% of businesses perceive Cyber Attacks as an extreme concern. Some businesses feel they are too small to be targeted therefore I don’t need to plan or budget for cybersecurity and recovery. The lack of a business continuity plan and defense is exactly what makes you a perfect & easy target.
Human Errors
Human errors account for 47% of major IT incidents in small and medium sized businesses. Unpredictability, forgetfulness, and lack of experience are human qualities we can’t affor during a disaster or major incident. A simple example of this is tape backup, this process requires human intervention, changing tapes regularly, testing that you can recover from the media on a regular basis and not during an emergency. Are you sure those tapes are off-site? Backed up to the cloud? More importantly contain usable data when you need it?
Key considerations when choosing a Business Continuity Solution
Hybrid Cloud Backups
This approach allows you to secure on-site backups and ensure recoverability in an disaster scenario. Hybrid backup means your servers are being imaged locally and that data is automatically mirrored to the cloud making your solution fault tolerant and accessible immediately in an emergency event.

Image Based Backups
We capture a complete picture of a protected workstation or server, called images. These full images can be booted quickly during emergency recoveries, can be migrated from physical to virtual machines or vice-versa. Definitely awesome flexibility when compared to file level or tape backups, get back up and running in minutes.
Succesful Backup Verification
If you are using technology that only provides verification with success or fail e-mails which you probably ignore anyway, then you can’t really be sure that when restored that data set will work. Our solution uses screen shot verification technology, at a quick glance you know (not guess) that the image taken is usable, this technology also identified issues immediately which can be corrected in advanced not during an emergency.
